- Returns:
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items after 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. - Return Shipping:
If there is an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, otherwise it is the buyers responsibility. - Exclusions:
NO returns will be accepted for electric parts due to safety and compatibility reasons. - Refund Process:
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. - Cash Payments:
If the original payment was made in cash and the refund amount exceeds $150, a check will be issued. Checks will be mailed within 15 days of processing the return. - Core Return Policy:

Cores must be usable, “like for like,” and returned by the original purchaser within thirty (30) days of the purchase date to be eligible for credit. - Core Return Process:
All fluids must be drained from cores before packaging for return. Cores must be returned in the original box or in a quality box or container. - Core Evaluation and Deductions:
No Down Time Parts Store reserves the right to evaluate returned cores. Deductions may be applied for damaged cores, missing core pieces, failure to completely drain cores of fluids, and/or returns of incorrect cores. - How to Initiate a Core Return:
