Free Shipping within 25 Miles of Our Main Location:
Customers located within a 25-mile radius of our main location are eligible for free shipping on all orders over $200 and same day delivery on all orders placed before 11am.
Free Shipping for Orders Over $200:
For customers outside the 25-mile radius, we offer free shipping on orders over $200. This applies to shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Methods and Options:
We primarily use UPS Ground for shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers have the option to choose from the following UPS Ground services:
- UPS Ground (Standard): Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 business days.
- UPS Ground 1 Day: Fast-track your order with guaranteed delivery within 1 business day.
- UPS Ground 2 Days: Receive your order in just 2 business days.
Customer Responsibility for Expedited Shipping:
For customers opting for UPS Ground 1 Day or UPS Ground 2 Days, any additional shipping costs incurred due to the selection of expedited shipping options will be the responsibility of the customer. The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost difference between UPS Ground and the selected expedited option during the checkout process.
International Shipping:
At this time, we primarily serve customers within the 48 contiguous states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the following business day.
