Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage
    1. No Down Time Parts Store (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”) provides warranties on selected automotive parts. The specific terms and duration of the warranty are outlined in the product documentation and will vary by product.
    2. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
    3. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  2. Duration of Warranty
    1. The duration of the warranty for each product is 12 months or otherwise stated in the description.
    2. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
    1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
      a.improper installation, maintenance or repair,
      b.accident, misuse or abuse,
      c.modification or alteration of the product,
      d.use of the product for the purposes other than its intended function
    2. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Warranty Claims Process
    1. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

      b.provide proof or purchase
      c. completely fill up a warranty form provided by the agent ( ALL FIELDS MARKED (*) MUST BE FILLED )
    2. The Store reserves the right to inspect the product or request additional information before approving a warranty claim.
  5. Resolution of Warranty Claims
    1. If a product is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, the Store will, at its discretion:
      a. replace the product at no cost
      b. issue a refund for the purchase price
      c. issue a store credit
    2. The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
  6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
    1. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Store for warranty inspection, unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms.
    2. If the warranty claim is approved, the Store will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
  7. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
    1. Except as expressly stated in this warranty policy, the Store makes no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
  8. Warranty Processing Time
    1. Please allow 90-180 days for warranty processing and decision making.
